TREVOSE, Pa. — Tacoma Public Utilities in Washington selected The CEI Group Inc. (CEI) to provide collision management services for the utility’s 1,050 vehicles, consisting mostly of pickup and specialty medium-duty trucks.
Tacoma Public Utilities provides electric, water and rail services to the city of Tacoma, neighboring cities and Pierce County, Washington. Katherine Croze, CEI national manager, government accounts, secured the agreement for services.
CEI, an international provider of fleet accident, risk management and driver safety services also serves the following public fleets: city of Gainesville, Fla.; City of Tacoma, Wash.; King County, Wash.; King County Waste Disposal; Washington State Patrol; Washington State Motor Pool; and Kern County, Calif.
CEI provides technology-enhanced vehicle accident and risk management services to self-insured, commercial, institutional and governmental fleets directly and through its alliances with fleet-leasing companies. CEI also provides vehicle direct repair program outsourcing to property and casualty insurance companies that insure both private passenger and commercial policyholders’ vehicles. |
